Agenda
If you are driving, you'll need a parking permit, and we need to arrange it in advance. Please let me know by Wednesday at 3:00 if you are driving.
Getting to the Physics Department from nearby. All main entrances to campus are from Nicolls Road. Take the North Entrance (just south of route 25A), turning right at the top of the rise. Follow this road past athletic fields on your left and parking lots on your right. Take the first left until you reach a stop sign. Turn right, then left to another stop sign. The physics/math towers are directly in front of you. Turn right to get to the nearest available lot.
Getting to the Physics Department from the train stationThe station is only a few hundred meters from the physics building. When standing on the platform, looking in one direction there are a bunch of small shops, and in the other direction, a fence and parking lot. If you look across the parking lot, past the trees and somewhat to the right, you can see a tall brick building. This is the math/physics towers. The parking lot is the same lot one passes coming by car (above).
Parking. Unless you come by train, you will need a parking permit. Permits will be available in the HEP group office (Physics, D-133). Please let us know in advance, so we can arrange the permits.
